I'm reviving this old space for a new project: Each day I focus on doing one thing better than usual in an effort to live a healthier, happier life. Most (or some) days I write about them here.

Today's holiday, by the way:
There's no actual holidays today, but it is the 1071st anniversary of the death of St. Wenceslaus, the patron saint of Bohemia.
I was in St Wenceslaus Square in Prague. Very beautiful except for the HUGE golden arches of McDonalds ruining the view. Is that the best we can give the world?
Uh...yeah. McDonald's ain't exactly the Statue of Liberty. We don't just give away the franchises. Those superior foreigners actually pay for the privelege of raising those arches, feeding the masses, and obstructing your view!
My brother does the same thing: confusing business with diplomacy.

It's Torture and War Crimes Day (United States of America).
